Filming is now underway in Vancouver, with Alexandra Breckenridge and Martin Henderson returning as Mel and Jack. Season 8 will continue their journey into parenthood while exploring the fallout from Season 7’s emotional finale.

Netflix hasn’t announced an official release date yet, but the new season will once again consist of 10 episodes, making Virgin River the streamer’s longest-running original scripted series.

The next trip back to Virgin River has officially begun.
